Krishan Deegalla
Founder & CEO
Krishan founded Hemnette, the Sydney software firm behind more than a decade of enterprise delivery for clients including Telstra, running engineering teams across Australia and Sri Lanka. He started Luthen from a pattern he kept meeting: capable organisations paying quarters and fortunes for software that still didn’t fit how they worked.

Chief Technology Officer
Darshana has spent two decades building systems where being wrong is expensive: algorithmic trading and exchange platforms at DirectFN, enterprise integration at Crédit Agricole CIB, retail systems at Aldi Australia. He leads Luthen’s memory and governance architecture.
